But contrary to popular belief, Minecraft, the world’s most iconic sandbox game, did not spring forth from an antiseptic lab, or corporate boardroom. However, its core was formed by a few developer team at Mojang headed by Markus Persson popularly known as “Notch”. We have taken you through the journey of pixels and creativity in which we did virtually interview some of the creators behind Minecraft.

“Notch” says, in reply to that, “ Minecraft was always just a side project, something very dear to my heart”. I was determined to develop a game where players could find themselves in this or that fantasy world, created by them. Boy, was I wrong because this resonated with everybody around the world.

He responds by saying that it was surprisingly surreal when queried on the same. We did not expect for the community’s response to be that much! It turned into a teamwork where participants introduced different mods, ideas to make astonishing buildings. It was that feeling of shared creative which makes Minecraft unique.
